High Cr white cast irons have a combination of superior abrasion resistance and a reasonable degree of toughness. At present, it is widely used in the working condition of high wear and low impact such as dry grinding process, coal mills, cement mills due to its longer service life than the other materials, such as high Mn steels and Cr-Mo alloy steels.

ASTM A 532/A 532M-93a Standard Specification for Abrasion Resistant Cast Irons covers a group of white cast irons that have been alloyed to secure high resistance to abrasive wear in the application of the mining, milling, earth handling, and manufacturing industries, in which the Method of Manufacture, Heat Treatment, Chemical Composition Requirements, Microstructure, Hardness Method and Requirement are introduced in detail. Tables 1 and 2 are chemical composition requirements and hardness requirement.

　　公司以生產冶金，礦山，建材，電站，制粉，破碎設備用耐磨白口鑄鐵備件為主業，同時還生產各種高中低合金鋼鑄件，高錳鋼鑄件，銅合金鑄件，其中，最大鑄鐵件單重20噸，最大鑄鋼件單重10噸，年生產能力10000噸。
公司主要生產設備有0.5噸、3噸、10噸中頻爐，10噸離心機和樹脂砂造型線。機械加工設備有：1.6米立車、2.5米立車，3.5米、5米、8米數控立車，?160、200、220鏜床、2.5×8米龍門銑，C6110數控臥車，80搖臂鉆等。理化檢測設備有：SPECTRO直讀光譜儀、HB-3000E臺式硬度儀、金相顯微鏡、超聲及磁粉無損檢測儀。
